The new Butternut HF9V amateur radio antenna is now installed, and I've connected a temporary coax transmission wire, but the antenna doesn't have any ground radials yet, so it won't be very efficient. Since we have decided to re-sod the yard with Zoysia, I'm waiting until the existing grass gets removed until I put the radials in.

I took Christy to The Holyland Experience for her birthday. This was a great experience. We saw most of the exhibits, and a few of the shows. You really need more than one day to do everything.
We really enjoyed the Scriptorium. It is a self-guided, yet narrated tour that takes you through many different times and places in history and provides numerous rooms containing artifacts of those times. The Scriptorium is in the background of this picture.
